Flow Meter TCS 700 Series

Flow Meter TCS 700 Series Rotary Meters memiliki desain meter sederhana dan efisien yang terdiri dari rumah dan tiga rotor yang berputar bersamaan di dalam ruang pengukuran. Tidak adanya keausan, dari kontak logam-ke-logam di dalam ruang yang menghilangkan penurunan akurasi dan memberikan umur panjang.

Rotor didukung oleh bantalan yang dimasukkan ke dalam dua pelat bantalan, di mana pada setiap ujung poros rotor adalah gigi penentu waktu. Rotasi waktunya antara masing-masing rotor kemudian ditransfer melalui adjuster kalibrasi ke register, memberikan pengukuran akurasi yang konsisten dan unggul.

Linear Accuracy : Capable of ± 0.15% of over the full flow range
Repeatability : Capable of 0.02% (constant operation conditions with 700SP meters & mechanical registration, using 1 CPS test fluid)
Viscosity : Will accurately measure liquids up to 1,500,000 SSU (325,000 CPS)
Temperature : – 40 to 160°F (- 40 to 71°C)
